So I recently decided to treat myself and bought the Indē Wild Lip Treatment in Wedding Rose. Honestly, I had seen a lot of buzz about it online, and after reading some glowing reviews, I couldn’t resist giving it a try. Plus, I was looking for an everyday lip product that would give me a natural, dewy pop of colour without feeling heavy or sticky given the hot and humid summers in India.

Spoiler alert: I wasn’t disappointed!

The product is packed with ingredients like shea butter, jojoba oil and coconut oil which does wonders for dry, chapped lips without feeling heavy. The balm has a beautiful mild and refreshing fragrance to it which is not too overpowering, making it enjoyable and soothing to use.

The first thing I noticed when I swatched it was this understated, soft pink shade with just the right amount of warmth making it perfect for everyday/office wear. It’s not too bold, which is exactly what I was looking for.

If you are someone who’s all about “my lips but better” look, this shade hits the mark perfectly. It adds just enough colour without looking like I’m wearing a full-on lipstick, which I absolutely adore. Also, the colour is super buildable so you can go on putting 2-3 layers depending on the intensity you desire.

As for the formula, it’s pretty much everything I hoped for. The texture is smooth, almost like a balm, and it glides on effortlessly. I was so happy to see that the product is not sticky at all. I’ve tried lip glosses in the past that feel uncomfortable or sticky as they wear off, but this one stays comfortable all day. It’s lightweight and the hydration lasts, so no constant reapplication.

For someone like me with super dry lips, this lip treatment is gonna be such a lifesaver. It’s nourishing without being greasy, gives that subtle dewy finish – which is so pretty and the colour stays without settling into the cracks of the lips.
